The Due Diligence feature is an add-on that is available exclusively to subscribed Search4less users. This feature provides a due diligence report for a single specific individual or company. Reports can be customised with the following optional categories:
Find all high court cases where the search name matches any plaintiff or defendant. Includes full details of each matching case including Filings, Orders & Judgments. This lets you easily view all relevant details for a high court case in one place at a glance.
Find any registered insolvencies that match the search name. This includes Personal Insolvency Arrangements, Debt Relief Notices, Debt Settlement Agreements & Protective Certificates.
Find any Central Bank Sanctions that match the search name. This includes sanctions directly imposed on the search name & sanctions imposed on any companies or businesses associated with the search name. If the target is a company, this also includes sanctions imposed on any currently serving directors for the company.
Find details of any disqualifications or restrictions that have been imposed on the individual, such as a ban on serving as a company director.
Find details of any judgments made in the high court against the target company or individual.
Find details of any bankruptcies registered for the specified individual.
Find details of any registered penalties or notices by the Revenue Commissioner against the individual or company, such as income tax evasion.
Find details of any mortgage charges registered for the specified company.
Find year end financial details such as Turnover, Cash, Current Assets, Current Liabilities and Net Assets.
If the search name is an individual, then find details of any examinerships related to any company whereby the individual is or was a director, secretary or shareholder. If the search name is a company, then find details of any examiners appointed to the company.
If the search name is an individual, then find details of any receiverships related to any company whereby the individual is or was a director, secretary or shareholder. If the search name is a company, then find details of any receivers appointed to the company.
If the search name is an individual, then find details of any liquidations related to any company whereby the individual is or was a director, secretary or shareholder. If the search name is a company, then find details of any liquidators appointed to the company.
Find details of any companies for which the search name has been previously appointed or is currently appointed as Examiner, Receiver or Liquidator. If the search name is a company, then any matching individual examiners, receivers or liquidators associated with that company will be returned.

In a small number of cases, Search4less search results may show more than one result for the same person. This happens in situations where these multiple results could not be 100% reliably determined to be referring to the same person. In such situations, you can select all the relevant search results for the individual you are searching against to ensure that the Due Diligence report is as accurate as possible.
